Field research and user observations reveal opportunities
When Borine asked us to design their new, commercial blender, we studied the use of these devices in their professional environment. During these user observations, we found the following problems, which we addressed in our design:

Users have no good understanding of the devices programsadd find the interface confusing

The back side of the product often shows to the customer - Commercial blenders need to be carefully designed from all sides, to provide a professional and clean appeal.

Further opportunities for improvement were: integrating a temperature sensor and detecting a foreign body inside the jar
